Mr. Bob Ackermann, Federated Logistics and Operations, Vice President Logistics and Distribution, Stone Mountain, GA
Q and A: Ms. Kelly Grace, Federated Logistics, Tampa
Mr. Cruz will speak about how Six Sigma became part of Federated Logistics, how it developed and an overview of the program.
Mr. Ackermann will speak about the implementation of Six Sigma and the results gained by Federated.
Mike Korenvaes, Kelly Grace, Bob and Frank will answer all questions.
The Federated team will provide a facility tour and discuss Six Sigma as they walk everyone through the facility.
