Today's featured member is Kostas Stoilas. Kostas specializes in sales and leasing of industrial and office properties from Tampa Bay to Orlando, primarily near the Airports, Seaport and I-4 corridor.
Prior to starting Fortress Commercial Real Estate, Kostas was a Senior Associate at CBRE, Associate Director of Industrial Sales and Leasing for Cushman & Wakefield and Sales Associate at Grubb & Ellis in Tampa.
Kostas has 15 years of real estate experience in Florida. The last 12 years have been focused in Tampa Bay and the I-4 Corridor, with over 11.6 million SF of transactions closed, and many thousands of acres of land sold in Central and SW Florida.
In the past 8 years, he has closed over 620 deals with clients such as Amazon, Mettler-Toledo, Bunzl, Cintas, Red Bull, Cardinal Health, McKesson, ADP, Publix, Saddle Creek, Rooms To Go, Hostess, PepsiCo, Frito-Lay, International Paper, GE, Pitney-Bowes, USPS, UPS, NFI, Gemaire, ThyssenKrupp, Otis Elevators, Oldcastle, MetLife, ProLogis, EastGroup, Duke, Liberty, etc.

He is active on committees and boards including the Bay Area Advisors, Tampa Bay WaVE, and Professional Philanthropic Network helping raise millions of dollars for local non-profits and charities.

Today's featured member is Levi Hoyos. Levi is a first-generation student with a degree in Global Business Marketing from the University of South Florida. Levi is currently working fulltime with Bristol-Myers Squibb as a Sourcing Associate in Global Procurement. Bristol-Myers Squibb is a global biopharmaceutical company whose mission is to discover, develop and deliver innovate medicines that help patients prevail over serious diseases.
Being part of Global Procurement, Levi provides end-to-end project management of the sourcing process. In addition, he provides analytical support to drive strategic category plans while collaborating with business partners and category leaders. Through his work, he facilitates continuous improvement programs and supplier-enabled innovation to enable achievement of strategic objectives.
Having previously served as VP of Membership, Career Services Leader, Marketing Chair, and Senior Vice President of USF CSCMP Student Roundtable, Levi Hoyos continues to be heavily involved with CSCMP. He aspires to continue developing professionally while giving back to CSCMP for years to come.

Today's featured member is Brant Wensloff. Brant Wensloff is a Business Development Director for BlueGrace Logistics. Brant has been with BlueGrace for 9 years of the company's 10 year history. BlueGrace is a 3rd party privately owned logistics firm with headquarters in Tampa, FL. The focus for BlueGrace is transportation management aimed on the alignment of supply chain practices. Brant consults with businesses that are in need of logistic services, supply chain analytics and effective management of product shipments. Brant has been successful at acquiring many new productive partnerships during his tenure at BlueGrace.
Brant has been a Florida resident for 25 years living in the Tampa area since 2007. Brant enjoys the Florida lifestyle, staying active with the year round warm weather. He could not imagine a better place to reside and plans on spending many more years in the area.
Brant recently joined the Council of Supply Management Professionals for educational opportunities and to network with other supply chain professionals. He first encountered CSCMP a few years ago by completing the Supply Chain Management Essentials certificate to further expand his knowledge into the field.
